'The wind of change' in more ways than one

It was quite scarey being around in 1962. The USA gave Russia an ultimation to move out of Cuba and they only did hours before the deadline It is now known a secret deal was done, but then we were led to believe they 'went running'. We were very close to WW3.

Whilst Elvis and Cliff were flying high in the Charts, there was a band called The Beatles who made a demo disc, the Rolling Stones were playing at the Marquee in London's Wardour Street.

We were on the eve of a storm and more awareness of our future.
