They're late, just arrived three days ago apparently.
I think this is the first photo taken of them all together.
The white / black is the male and the two behind it are females (the other two in the photo are Shovelers, just getting in the way as usual)

They only show up in winter and in the South of England, just very small numbers so although not rare, they seldom seen.
