Ok I know I have a sweet tooth and enjoy a biscuit or three with a cup of tea, but I was thinking the other day of some I used to really enjoy but have not seen or been able to get for years like.......... Royal Dutchess..............Milk Cookies (from the co-op) .........and Anzac biscuits (last seen in T**co about a year ago).
Anyone know if these are still around under other names or in other stores or are they just somthing else that has been lost forever ?
I have asked in stores about them only to get directed to the biscuit aisle with the comment "If its not on the shelf we dont stock it".
Anyone got any idea?
Are they still around?

I thought they tasted rather good Wendy.
I know my Mum years ago used to get the Milk cookies (and the Royal Dutchess I think) off the Co-op baker that used to deliver to her house and after that she got them from the local store.
Sitting here thinking this was happening 35 - 40 years ago now so its no wonder I cant find them. lol.(Im starting to feel old now.)
But ......following on from Sharons post Ive done some searching and found that Anzac biscuits were originly from Australia and T**co stocked them for a while (around Australia day time) and made a donation to the British Legion for each packet sold.
Im going to email T**co to see if they still stock them anywhere.

I love old fashioned sweets, the sort we got as kids which were really scrummy.
Nowadays a lot of toffees and so on taste, well, just too synthetic!
