I've been directed here from the chicken keeping forum! Hope you don't mind me jumping in, but I've set myself a challenge this year to 'do' 1500 kilometers in the gym during 2013. Good luck to you Ruthie! That's a lot of steps! I'll be watching to see how you are doing. Have you set a weekly or monthly target, or just yearly? You will no doubt be in great shape in the end.

Well done you for getting stuck into a challenge and setting goals. It'll be an exciting journey so remember to post updates, and give us a shout if you need motivation - we're good at encouraging other people to work hard!! Go girl

Just to update you all - I'm still going, doing really well and actually loving the gym! I've lost 7lbs in 2 weeks with slimming world too!

Good luck. I suggest you don't think about the 1500k. Just focus on each week and kilometres will look after themselves.
