I reckon that the reason we are all having such trouble working this one out is that we must all be deficient in vit B12

Wonder what Wendy's doc is deficient in though, saying she needs to take 1000mg a day!!

Wendy - Holland&Barrett have a good online service, and often have very good price offers - might be worth looking there.

It is Dr L [m] that I see. But as he and a consultant saved my life last year, maybe I am glad he looked it up.
