Em, my mate and yoga guru, tells her new classes to 'let the wind go free'. Sometimes the message is lost, as people are concentrating on the moves. Usually one large 'parp' reduces the class to hysterics.....

Glad this has amused a few folk:-D
Stef I wish I could parp on but I find it so embarrassing, I hope someone else does it before the end of the course then I'll feel better. It wouldn't be so bad but there are only 6 of us in the class so it's not easy to hide if you're the culprit!
