Clever lady is Dedri Ulys, I crocheted another one of hers some years ago. I suspect your wife will know the pattern, Sophie’s Universe.

I was just about to post a link. Wendy uses the 'CAL' - the online tutorial but even so it took her hours and hours to complete it. She just crochets for family and friends and even had some little labels made, 'Crocheted by Wendy with love'.
