BT line rental

Post by wildlifemad »

I look after my Mum in laws finances & was shocked when I went on Wednesday to find a letter from BT telling her that her line rental will REDUCE by £7 a month from April!! It is because she only has a landline & no internet with them or anyone else. I just had to share this with you all as we didn't have to ask & grovel for it, they gave her it!!!!!!! Perhaps companies are beginning to listen to people moaning about getting nothing for being loyal to a company!!

That is brilliant, perhaps you can put this in 'this never happens' box,

Does this mean she has been paying too much in the past?

Gwenoakes, not sure where "this never happens" box is?
Mo, no she hasn't paid too much, it seems BT are giving people the discount if they only have landline i.e. no internet with them or anybody.
