Can I join the appreciation thread? We collected our first ever hens yesterday-6 ex-batts. They are absolutely lovely. It's wonderful to see how they are coming along after just 24 hours. They are eating well and are enjoying rummaging around the run. We are starting to see their individual personalities already-they are so funny. The run is placed so we can see it from our main living room so we can't stop watching them-the TV is redundant at the moment.

I'm preparing myself to go shopping ...
...but first i have to shave (or clip rather, with my clippers) my head and face, so I'm just psyching myself up for that!
Rainy day here so I won't be mucking out the 'ladies' at the moment...
..not a job I'm going to enjoy - anyway it's IMPOSSIBLE to do with a kid at home right!?

Yep I was indeed...
...used to ride around with some of the bike clubs in Brighton, go to rallies and generally raise hell in and around Brighton on either my GS650 rat, or my CB750 chop...

I have more embarrassing ones but this may do you.
